How much does EzSoft cost?
EzSoft offers a free 15-day trial with no credit card required. The Professional plan is priced at SAR 4,200/year and includes the full system, implementation support, and local training. Enterprise pricing is available for multi-branch or custom-integration needs — contact our sales team.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can use the complete EzSoft platform free for 15 days — all features, no payment information required. Our team will walk you through setup and answer any questions during the trial period.
Is EzSoft certified and compliant with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements?
Yes. EzSoft supports both Phase 1 (simplified tax invoices) and Phase 2 (e-integration with the Fatoorah platform) of Saudi Arabia's e-invoicing mandate. The system generates, archives, and submits compliant electronic invoices. We continuously update the platform to keep pace with ZATCA regulatory changes.
How long does setup and implementation take?
Most businesses are fully operational within a few days to one week. Our implementation team handles system configuration, device installation, data migration, and staff training. Multi-branch or enterprise setups may take longer, but we provide a dedicated account manager to keep things on track.
Can I migrate data from my current system?
Yes. Our team assists with migrating your product catalogue, customer records, supplier data, and opening accounting balances from your existing system. We support imports from Excel, CSV, and common POS/ERP formats. A clean migration is included in all paid plans.
Does EzSoft work for multiple branches?
Yes. EzSoft is designed for multi-branch businesses. You get a central dashboard with real-time visibility across all locations — sales, inventory, cash, and staff — with branch-level permissions so each location only sees what it needs to.
What support is available after go-live?
Our Saudi-based support team is available Saturday to Thursday, 8AM to 4PM, via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated account manager. We also provide an online knowledge base and regular system update notifications.
Does EzSoft support Arabic?
Yes. EzSoft is fully bilingual — Arabic and English — throughout the system interface, invoices, reports, and all printed output. The system is right-to-left aware, and our support team operates in both languages.
Can I use EzSoft with my existing POS hardware?
EzSoft is compatible with many standard POS peripherals — barcode scanners, receipt printers, and customer-facing displays. Our team will verify compatibility during the setup consultation. We also supply and install EzSoft-certified devices if you need new hardware.
Does the system handle VAT and Saudi tax requirements?
Yes. EzSoft automatically calculates and applies the 15% Saudi VAT on invoices, generates VAT reports aligned with ZATCA requirements, and maintains the records needed for filing. The accounting module covers VAT payable, refunds, and audit-ready ledgers.
